ComfortGrid™ Pressure Relief Cushion

The foam cushion I have used for 3 years is finally worn out completely so my quest began. I ordered a gel office seat that was hyped up during a sale, the thing was like sitting on a rock! It GAVE bum ache. Next, I tried an intermediate cushion, some gel some foam, blah, and too thin, I could feel the chair and found myself standing rather than sitting just so as not to be on it. Now this one arrived today and I feel like Goldilocks, it's just right. The Pros: soft enough to sit on that does not make you sore, helps me in sitting up straighter without feeling like I'm "perching" on it, fits my office chair perfectly ( mines a usual size regular office-type) better than the gel one with the "cut out" U shape that made me feel I could spill over the sides if not centred right. It does not squish down and I don't think it will, and for me, it's a keeper. For the price and the product, I wouldn't hesitate. It also says something that I came on and wrote a review because normally I don't bother unless particularly impressed or disappointed. Good luck with finding the perfect one for you, I hope my views help with your decision, even though it's not an overly expensive item comfort can make a big difference to your office day so it's important to get it as right as you can.

This product has been amazing and definitely a game changer and is a must buy item! I bought this for my 78 year old Aunt whom I care for. She is pretty much confined to her lift chair and the bed, she was getting a sore on her tail but it hadn't broke skin so I knew I needed to find a cushion fast. I, myself sat on this for quite a while before I took to my aunt and let me tell you it felt pretty good, it was cool, very soft,squishy and comfortable. This gel cushion is a 10 out of 10 and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is confined to one spot. Kudos to this company for an amazing gel cushion!

omg I'm in heaven, my cushion for my wheelchair had seen better days .I had to toss it. I ordered one from another company, and it was terrible,like sitting on a board. I found this one and am so happy. it has a cool gel layer that conforms to you and stays cool and very comfortable. thanks

purchased this gel cushion for long plane rides. I went to the Philippines recently, a 15 hour trip, one way, and all I remember is how painful my bottom was after about 12 hours. I promised myself then that I would never fly there again without a solution. I've been using this cushion at home on my desk chair, and I'm sure it's going to do the trick on my next flight. It feels great, and I believe its sturdy enough to keep its shape and not become compressed and useless. This cushion fills the seating area. I'm pleased with it.

This is wonderful!! I'm buying three more to use another in a rocker and the other two for my husband's and my backs!! Great!! Certainly, makes a difference for us!!

My father who is 73 was uncomfortable everywhere he sat. He's lost so much weight in his old age there's nothing to cushion his bones. For the past year he's been pleading with me to find a cushion that would help, so he can sit and watch his sports. We tried multiple cushions and nothing worked until I purchased this one. He's been using it it for the past 2 months and hasn't complained about pain whilst sitting once. I've bought several more since.

This was recommended by a family member with a loved one in my mum's memory care facility. The pad is great for those who sit in a wheelchair all day. The pad provided by hospice is too thick such that Mum's legs did not reach the floor. The gel cushion design of this pad provides a massaging effect, and the pad is not too thick. I took off the nice fabric cover so the pad would not slip off the seat. I cover the pad with a disposable waterproof underpad each day. The size of this pad is also bigger than cheaper alternatives; it fills up the whole seat.
